About Me
I am currently a senior researcher of Multi-Modal Interaction Group in Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA), Beijing, China. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from South China University of Technology (SCUT) in June, 2020. My supervisor is Prof. Lianwen Jin. Before that, I received my B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering from SCUT in June, 2015. Since my second year of Ph.D. study, I was an intern of Multi-Modal Interaction Group of MSRA supervised by Researcher Qiang Huo and Lei Sun and worked on the MSRA OCR projects.
My research interests mainly include machine learning, pattern recognition, character recognition, text detection and recognition, layout analysis, and text-centric image understanding. Please refer to my homepage of Microsoft for more detials on our ongoing research projects.
